Many Ed Sheeran fans know the name Melody Driscoll.
She was an 11-year-old girl that was very ill and had a real "bond" with Ed Sheeran.
The superfan met Ed Sheeran after he heard about her and brought his signed guitar to her in hospital.
Ed also helped to pay some of her medical bills, and spent some time hanging out with her.
Sadly, Medoly has passed away.
Ed took to Instagram to post a photo of he and Molly, with the caption "Rest In Peace Beautiful Melody x".
RIP Melody.
