Ireland is getting its first direct ferry route to Spain.
Brittany Ferries will operate the service between Cork and Santander in northern Spain.
There will be two return sailings a week starting at the end of April.
Tickets will go on sale at the end of the month.
It's believed crossings will take approximately 26 hours, with departures from Cork on Wednesdays and Fridays.
A new ship, Connemara, has been chartered to serve the route.
