The lovable Labrador was rescued by a former professional ice-skater.
A pooch in Las Vegas has become the world's first ice-skating dog.
Benny the Golden Labrador has been learning to skate with his owner Cheryl Del Sangro after she rescued him from a pound.
He was just a few months old and due to be put down when the ice-skater adopted him.
Soon after, Cheryl started to take Benny to the ice rink and to her surprise he began to scoot around on the ice after her.
She now brings her four legged friend training once every two weeks at the Las Vegas Ice Center, where Benny loves to whizz around on the ice and perform an array of tricks.
The 56 year old even made Benny a special pair of ice skates by attaching blades to doggy shoes, which he wears on his front paws while using his back paws for grip.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that the next step for Benny is to perform as part of the Las Vegas Golden Knights' professional ice hockey team's on-ice entertainment lineup.
Adorable!
