We hope you haven't just eaten...

A South Korean Woman has had her tongue 'impregnated' by a raw squid, after she ate the under cooked seafood without removing it's internal organs, a medical report claims.

The woman claimed she felt an 'immediate' pain after ingesting the squid, which later turned out to be squid spermatophores (sperm-containing capsules), that had embedded themselves in her tongue.

Naturally she sought medical advice almost straight away.

Upon examining the 63-year old's mouth, doctors say they discovered "12 small, white spindle-shaped, bug-like" sperm bags embedded in her tongue and gums.

Gross.

The foreign bodies were identified as belonging to a Japanese flying squid, known as the Todarodes pacificus.

Ok, so we bet you're wondering why the woman didn't remove the... erm 'organ' before eating the squid, well apparently she just plain forgot. Happens to us all...

We also bet you're wondering how the squid was SO under cooked that the sperm managed to survive? Well that's she only 'parboiled' the creature for a few seconds before eating it...

A common practice and usually harmless UNLESS you forget such a thing as to remove the correct organs...

According to the medical report in the the Journal of Parasitology, stated: “As soon as she put a piece into her mouth, she felt like many 'bugs' were biting her oral mucosa. She experienced severe sharp pain and spat out the entire portion without swallowing. Despite that, she could feel many small squirming white bug-like organisms penetrating her oral mucosa.”

They also went on to add that they were not sure how the spermatophores managed to implant themselves into the woman’s mouth.

Where there's a will there's a way we guess!

But seriously this is definitely one of the grossest things we've come across all year...
