A Woman from the Netherlands sent her family and friends into panic mode, after going completely off the grid.
Thalissa Van de Lagemaat was travelling in Granada when she had her phone and identification stolen.
She had told her parents that she’d return home on the 31st of October...that was on the 27th.
So when the 31st had come and gone without so much as a word from Thalissa her family and friends grew concerned...
So concerned that they launched a full on appeal on the local news and social media to find her!
The gas part?
Thalissa was just enjoying herself at a Halloween Festival in Santa Fe, Granada, the entire time...
She casually informed her loved one she was OK by posting the following message to the festival she was at’s message board:
Classic Thalissa!
But seriously, maybe find a computer and send your folks a message on Facebook next time, just to let them know.
