It's safe to say that Michael Conlan's controversial loss to Vladimir Nitikin on Tuesday (aka "The Russian") left the nation a bit bruised.
But in true, Irish fashion, the nation's spirit has been lifted, at least a small bit by comedy,
It's thanks to comedy trio Foil, Arms and Hog who sum up how confusing the week's events were to all of us.
Even Michael himself is impressed with the video, re-tweeting it himself last night.
