We can't get over this - our favourite cowboy has a surname!
Toy Story's Woody first appeared on screen in 1996 and was simply known by his first name, unlike his rival and eventual buddy Buzz Lightyear.
But it turns out he has a surname, it just wasn't mentioned in any of the three Pixar movies.
According to The Sun, director Lee Unkrich's revealed the full name of Andy’s sheriff doll.
He said: "Woody’s actual full name is 'Woody Pride' and has been since the earliest days of developing the original Toy Story."
We're blown away by this revelation! At least we'll know Woody's full name for Toy Story 4, which is scheduled for release in 2019.
