New research has found beauty sleep is a real thing.
Bed brand Sealy UK carried out a study to determine if there's a link between a good night's sleep and an improved physical appearance.
And there is.
Participants who get an average of 9 hours and 10 minutes sleep each night reported the most positive benefits to their looks.
That's A LOT of sleep.
And the time we should be hitting the hay?
Very, very early.
If you want to look more attractive, you should be aiming to go to bed at 9:45pm and waking up for 6:55am.
