A study's found a big day (and a big ring) could lead to a big divorce.
Couples who spend more on their weddings are more likely to get divorced.
That's according to two economics professors, Andrew Francis-Tan and Hugo M Mialon, who surveyed 3,000 married people to discover what leads to marriages breaking down.
They found couples who spent more than €16,000 on their wedding were 1.6 times more likely to divorce than those who spent around €1,000.
While men who dropped over €3,000 on an engagement ring were 1.3 times more likely to split than those who spent about €1,000.
