The teenager was hit by car in Cork on Monday.
Main St, BallincolligA 16 year old girl has died from her injuries after she was knocked down in Ballincollig, Co Cork.
She was struck by a car on Main Street at 7:45pm on Monday night.
The driver of the car was uninjured in the collision.
The teenager was taken to University Hospital Cork, where she has since died.
