Ronaldo's Golden Balls (step aside David Beckham!)
Female fans can't keep their hands off Christiano Ronaldo's golden. . . statue which has led to the crotch area becoming rather shiny in comparison to the rest of the statue.
The statue itself which was unveiled in 2014 has created a renewed interest as many tourists have been posting their photos and tweets about Ronaldo's shiny assets.

Bronze Balls favoured over bronze bust.
This isn't the first time Ronaldo has found a bronze statue of himself in the news. Who can forget the disastrous bronze bust which was unveiled at his native Madeira airport back in March of last year.
This bronze bust of Ronaldo got slated on social media with fans complaining it bears no resemblance to the real thing.
Dublin's Molly Malone Statue
Even the poor Molly Malone statue in Dublin city has suffered a similar shiny fate to that of Ronaldo.
