There are already power outages across the country ahead of Storm Emma making landfall.
Hundreds of homes are without electricity, with more expected to be hit as the day goes on.
There's currently a large fault in Roscommon with over 380 customers affected, while there's also outages in Navan in Meath, Salthill in Galway, Kildare and Birr in Offaly.

ESB Networks is urging customers to charge their phones and tablets so they can get updates on faults on powercheck.ie
Do not touch fallen electricity lines as these wires are still live and dangerous. Report them on 1850372999.
