The thriller, which stars Sandra Bullock, is about a mother who undertakes a dangerous journey with her family blindfolded, to avoid seeing mysterious forces that cause people to take their own lives.
The Bird Box challenge is now a real thing and Netflix is warning people against doing it.
There's been reports of people walking into walls and getting dangerously close to traffic.
