It's the moment we all feared
If your go-to delivery service is Domino's then you might find the following distressing.
A member of Domino's Pizza's staff has caught buying supermarket wedges to sell of as the pizza chain's own.
Thanks to the wonders of the internet and smartphones, the (unnamed) employee didn't stand a chance and was photographed by twitter user SineadSarahxo trying to pull off his audacious act in Asda.
Thank you @dominos - next time I spend £3.99 on tiny portion of potato wedges I'll remember there from Asda!!! pic.twitter.com/31vJVrHfpy

The wedges cost £1 in the British supermarket but Domino's sells them for £3.99 in the UK and €4 in Ireland.
Naturally, Twitter users reacted with an appropriate level of hysteria.
@SineadSarahxo @dominos mateeee. In my life I must've spent £150 on your wedges. I want some compensation.

One spokesperson for the company told the Daily Mail that a busy sporting weekend may have been to blame for the incident: "'We do not advocate this as a solution and are investigating. We have rigorous food standards where our franchisees buy all food from our approved suppliers to help maintain the high standards customers rightly expect."
Meanwhile, ASDA has been loving the attention, urging the public to buy its pizzas from them instead:
Would this stop you getting wedges delivered?
