Snow and ice are being forecast in each county from tonight.
After giving us an extra few months of mild weather, winter is well and truly back upon us.
Met Éireann has issued a status yellow warning for the entire country for icy and slippery conditions.
The warning is in place from 9pm tonight until 7pm tomorrow evening.

The national forecaster is predicting that sleet and snow showers will be most frequent across Ulster and Connacht.
Between 1cm and 2cm of snow is expected to fall.
Road users are advised to take caution as ice may build up on on untreated surfaces.
