It only took 66 years!
The Guinness World Record holder for the longest fingernails ever on a single hand has had his talons cut.
Shridhar Chillal from Pune, India stopped clipping the nails on his left hand in 1952 when he was 14 years old.
His nails will go on display at the Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum in New York.
The 82 year old's claws had a combined measurement of 909.6cm - that's 358.1 inches or just over 9 metres.
Their weight and length caused him to lose function in his left hand, and his fingers became permanently fused together.
Despite this, Mr Chillal admitted it was difficult for him to make the decision to part ways with his nails.
But he said he's delighted that they'll be maintained for a lifetime at Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum.
