People will buy anything!
An artist fooled festival-goers this week with a bizarre product.
Douglas Bevans set up a booth at the Car Free Day Festival in Vancouver and started selling bottles of hot dog water, which was basically just a hot dog in a bottle of water!
He claimed it was something of a miracle juice - helping people to lose weight, look younger and increase brain function.
Douglas wanted to highlight how easy it is to be lead astray by misleading health marketing.
And it worked - people were queuing up for the stuff. At €24 a pop!
Speaking to Global News, he said:
"They've been drinking it for hours, we have gone through about 60 litres of real hot dog water".
