This man has been called Britain's biggest moaner.
A guy in the UK has made thousands by complaining about everything from bad service to food.
Chris Owen from Buckinghamshire says he makes £1,000 (approx. €1,143) a year by asserting his consumer rights.
It all started three years ago when the 39 year old bought a table.
He old told The Sun:
"I spent four Saturdays waiting for a table to be delivered to my house and each time it was dropped during delivery. I knew I was within my rights to complain."
He was given £200 in compensation and then realised he could make cash from kicking up a fuss. He even competes with his father to see who can earn the most from moaning:
"I don't pro-actively look for things to complain about, but if I see that something is not right I'll push for compensation."
"We now compete with my dad to see who can get the most rewards out of bad service."
Chris has revealed that his most lucrative wins come from two things - unsatisfactory food and poor customer service.
Over the years, he's secured £70 alone from complaining about mayonnaise in his burgers.
One pizza restaurant gave him and his three friends a free meal after staff took 90 minutes to deliver water to his table:
"We ate for £200 in a place where it's genuinely difficult to spend more than £25."
The PR director also makes about £40 a year giving out about poor hygiene in coffee shops.
He admits a handy tip is copying in the BBC watchdog media team into emails, a ploy that earned him a £480 refund for a kitchen installation that melted his junction box.
