What's wrong with Speedos?!

A man was removed from a Las Vegas pool party for wearing what was deemed to be unsuitable attire.

Chris Donoghue had spent a number of hours lounging by the pool at the Encore Beach Club at the Wrynne Resort in his speedo style swimwear, when he claimed to have been approached by two men and laughed at.

He alleges that ten minutes after this encounter he was removed from the club, after being told that his swimsuit brand was not in keeping with the integrity of the pool party.

The clothing policy on the Encore website notes that those attending should:

"Dress to impress, no baggy clothing, jeans or basketball shorts. Pool attire is required to enter the venue. No risqué or indecent swimwear is permitted; management reserves all rights to determine what is appropriate attire".

Mr Donoghue took to Facebook following the incident to highlight his upset at being escorted from the club, stating:

"In other words I was kicked out for being a gay man wearing a bathing suit that was just a little too gay for the Beach Club Encore Vegas to tolerate".

We see nothing "indecent" about his choice of swimwear. Do you?
