We're not sure how we feel about this.

A male grooming expert has revealed this summer's hair trends and a questionable style is out, while an even more dubious style is in.

Stephen Handisides, who write the blog Modern Male Mindset, claims the man bun is on the decline.

The Australian told the Metro that everyone has dumped the style, including Kit Harrington and Leonardo DiCaprio.

So, what's in vogue when it comes to lad's hair? The less the better, apparently.

Stephen says the buzz cut is back, with the style spotted on the catwalks and celebrities like Tom Hardy and Kanye West.

Good news if you're losing your hair but not if you like your locks to flow in the summer breeze.

Stephen has also revealed that the beard is dying out. He says big, bushy lumberjack beards are out and shorter, shaped beards are in.

But there's more shocking news on the male grooming front...

The mo is having a moment. Yes, the classic moustache is the biggest facial hair trend of the year.

Stephen says a moustache can add balance to the face and can work wonders at softening more dominant jawlines. All you need to do is find your perfect shape.

Fans of the tache include Michael Fassbender, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Zac Efron and Daniel Craig.

Would you give the mo a go?!
