The actress has opened a number of VIP clubs and restaurants across Greece and it seems she's a tough boss to work for.
The 32 year old's warned employees at the Lohan Beach House in Rhodes that she'll sack them if they don't wear matching shoes.
The club posted a photo of two of its glamorous staff on Instagram at the weekend, with the caption: "Hello and welcome to paradise!"
Both girls sported silky cream robes but one employee wore a pair of nude heels, while the other donned white platform sandals.
Lindsay wasn't impressed and eagle-eyed fans noticed that she commented underneath the post:
"Wear the same shoes please."
"Or you’re fired."
Woah! Strict!
