This is great news for Irish Nirvana fans.
Kurt Cobain's possessions are going on display in Co Kildare next week.
The exhibition titled ‘Growing Up Kurt Cobain’ will makes its world debut at Newbridge Silverware's Museum of Style Icons on Thursday, July 19th.
The late musician's mother, his two sisters and his only child Frances Bean will attend the opening.
The personal items going on display have been curated by Kurt's family and include his drawings, handwritten lyrics, the top he wears in the video for Nirvana's breakthrough hit Smells Like Teen Spirit, and the only car Kurt's known to have owned – a powder blue 1965 Dodge Dart.
Many of these items have never been shown to the public before.
Kurt died in 1994 at the age of 27 and is remembered as one of the voices of his generation.
