Kim reportedly instructed that the Neuticles implanted into Rocky's scrotal sack be smaller than what they replaced, as she "doesn't like big balls on dogs, or anything else".
Over 500,000 animals have been Neuticled since they were invented by Gregg A. Miller in 1995.
