Appeal for information following Kildare hit-and-run

Gardaí are appealing for information following a recent hit and run in Co. Kildare.

The incident occured this morning, Monday December 3rd on Main Street Kill at 7.45am at Kill GAA Club.

A motorcyclist was travelling from Dublin towards Johnstown when he was hit from behind by a silver coloured car.

The motorcyclist is being treated in Naas General Hospital for his injuries, which are not thought to be life threatening.

This vehicle did not stop and headed in the direction of Johnstown, Co. Kildare.

The location of the collision is beside two bus stops on route 126.

Members of the public waiting for the bus might have witnessed this collision.
