It's quittin' time!
A shocking survey carried out by CV Library claims that over 80% of Irish workers think about quitting their job every day!
The main reason given by unhappy workers was not being in the job they want, closely followed by the belief that their role has no room for progression.
The research conducted by CV-Library surveyed 1,100 workers about their level of satisfaction with their current position.

Poor work-life balance was cited as the main culprit with over 37% blamed not being in the role they want as the reason for feeling unhappy.
According to CV library, more than 36% of those surveyed felt their job has no room for progression.

Lee Biggins, founder of CV-Library, claimed that if you are feeling unhappy in your job, you should consider looking for another role.
He said: "feeling happy in your job is really important, particularly when it comes to establishing a good work-life balance.
''Job satisfaction is important to the nations’ professionals – and this is understandable! Work is a big part of our lives, especially as we spend a significant amount of our time there.
"Enjoying what you do is extreme“If you find yourself unhappy at work, it’s first important to identify why you feel this way and put measures in place to try and make things better. You might find you’re able to fall in love with your job again.''
