The HSE have given the latest tips to help prevent people from getting Aussie Flu, that's of course if you haven't already caught it! The deadly Aussie Flu has been sweeping across the country over the last few weeks. It has killed over 300 people in Australia and has already killed 10 people in Ireland this winter. The HSE feel the outbreak of the flu could get worse over the next few weeks. Children have now returned to school after the Christmas break and people in the 5-14 years old bracket are most at risk.
The HSE has adviced people most at risk to get the flu jab. This is also highly encouraged for people 65 years or older, as they are also a high risk to the flu.

Others methods include taking a daily probiotic for a regular dose of friendly bacteria and increase your intake of vitamin D.
