Home and Away actress Jessica Falkholt has died today, just days after her life machine was turned off following a crash that killed three other members of her family on St.Stephen's day.
The 29 year old actress was on life support after a number of operations following the crash three weeks ago in New South Wales.
Jessica's life support was switched off on the 11th of January, after the funeral of her parents Lars and Vivian, and her sister Annabelle Falkholt.
The hospital statement said: "On behalf of the family of Jessica Falkholt, St George's Hospital has been asked to advise the media and the community of Jessica's passing at 10.20am.
"Jessica passed away from serious injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on 26 December, 2017.
"The family has asked for privacy during this very difficult time."
Her parents were killed instantly in the crash while her sister died in hospital three days later.
The driver of the other car, 50 year old Craig Whitall was also killed.
Australian police are still investigating the crash and have been examining if Mr Whitall's car had been on the wrong side of the road.
