Over a quarter of us worry about our health all of the time.
New research from LloydsPharmacy has found weight and lack of sleep top the list of health issues Irish people are concerned about.
24 per cent of people worry about maintaining their weight, while 16 per cent fear they're not getting enough sleep.
Those aged 18 to 24 are significantly more likely to be concerned about their diet and nutrition than any other age group.
And our health worries can keep us preoccupied – 27 per cent think about their health concerns all of the time, while 16 per cent think about them at least once a week.
