Harvey Weinstein has pleaded not guilty to rape and sexual assault charges.
The disgraced producer was indicted last week by a grand jury and appeared at New York Supreme Court today.

According to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, the charges stem from allegations from two women.
A flood of accusations against Weinstein emboldened women worldwide to speak out as part of the #MeToo movement.
According to BBC News, Weinstein has been accused of sexual misconduct by more than 70 women.

The 66 year old could face up to 25 years in prison if he's convicted of either offence that relate to the two women.
