Gardaí left two women 'heartbroken' yesterday after they were caught applying makeup while driving.
The An Garda Síochána Twitter account is known for its wit, and officers tweeted a clever Valentine's poem as a warning to others.
They wrote: "Roses are red violets are blue, an €80 fine is making its way to you."

Gardaí later revealed one of the motorists was curling her eyelashes while on the road! Drive responsibly, guys. No one wants a Valentine's card from the Gardaí!
