Patrisha Organo was working on a routine flight when she heard a babies cry, "a cry that will make you want to do anything to help", and stepped in.

On a Facebook post she wrote "I approached the mother and asked if everything’s okay, I tried to tell her to feed her hungry child. Teary-eyed, she told me that she ran out of formula milk. Passengers started looking and staring at the tiny, fragile crying infant."

With there being no formula on board, Patrisha went above and beyond while airborne.

"...there’s only one thing I could offer and that’s my own milk. And so I offered.

Ms. Sheryl Villaflor, Line Administator on my flight, immediately assisted the mother to the galley where I breastfed the baby. The baby started rooting, she was so hungry."

She goes on to explain that she could see the relief in the baby's mother's eyes and thanked her with sincerity afterwards.

"Thank you, Lord for the gift of mother’s milk", she added.

The post has gone widely viral, with thousands of comments praising the 24 year old.

"You are a HERO, Ms Patrisha Orgon!", "Thank you for feeding that precious baby" and "You are a hero. What a beautiful blessing to be able to help another mama and baby", are among the 4,000+ comments on the post.
