Pieta House's FeelGood Week is underway.
The new nationwide initiative, which runs from October 20th to October 27th, encourages us to organise an event that makes us feel good.
Pieta House want us to #FindTheFeeling that reminds us of how good life can feel, and use it to help raise vital funds for the suicide and self harm prevention charity.

You can get involved by registering a feel-good event of your own. It can be anything at all - a bake sale, a fun run, a film night, or even a reunion lunch with old friends.
And it can take place anywhere - at home, at school, in your workplace or out and about. You can register your event here.
Here in iRadio, we're getting involved in FeelGood Week by holding a yoga session.
We'll be stretching and meditating on Tuesday with some help from Rachael from The Dancing Soul.
