The Irish diet has changed dramatically in the past 50 years but we still love our traditional fare.
A new documentary airing tonight reveals we're a nation of tea drinkers and the spud is still our favourite vegetable.
RTÉ's One Day: How Ireland Eats gives a glimpse into the 21st century eating habits of the population.

Snacking and eating on the go are now the norm, but we still drink 15 million cups of tea a day, eat 4.7 million potatoes, over 1 million rashers and 2 million eggs.
However, we spend €20 million a day on snacks - €1.3 million of that is on crisps alone.
One Day: How Ireland Eats airs on RTÉ One at 9:35pm.
