Every drop counts!

As the national hosepipe ban comes into effect, Irish Water have urged the public to conserve water as best as they can...

And boy has this Catholic Church in Limerick listened.

The hosepipe ban has been brought in to save water being wasted for unessential activities such watering your garden, cleaning your car with a hose, filling up a paddling pool etc...

Because, every drop counts!

And this is a sentiment that has been taken quite literally by parishioners of St Joseph’s Church in Clarina, Co Limerick

As you can see in the image below, in accordance to the water conservation efforts the church is strictly only allowing one sprinkle of Holy Water per visit.

And it has understandably since been doing the Rounds across the Country...

Could this just be the most Irish way to save water ever?
