The popular TV Show, which has been running since 2004 saw a big change to the format this year. The judges vote to decide who should stay from the two contestants with the lowest general public vote was removed this year. Judges felt the sing-off was focusing too much on the contestant who was leaving instead of the contestants who still remained. The general public had the full say on who leaves the show each week.
