'I've worked too hard in my life to be cornered by some ugly Irish b***h. They are ugly Irish women here.'

US rapper Azealia Banks claims she has been banned from flying with Aer Lingus, after having a row with a stewardess before a flight from Gatwick to Dublin, reports the Daily Mail.

The 27-year-old called Irish women 'ugly' and used racial slurs during a bizarre breakdown which she shared on her Instagram story.

The musician then decided to remove herself from the morning flight to Dublin, ahead of her sold-out gig at The Academy tomorrow (Tuesday).

She also accused the flight attendant of 'lying', saying she had been 'treated like a wild animal'.

Taking to social media today, she said: 'Every time I come to the UK, they always make some s**t with these airline people.

'They are always starting s*** with me. I had my bags deep in the plane and the lady was asking me some questions.

'I was trying to find my passport as I didn't have the answers and she was staring at me. I said. "Don't stare at me".'

'She goes to the Captain of the plane and lies and said that I said, "Don't stare at me or I'll sort you out". I'm from NYC, I don't use that slang.'

She continued: 'They crowded round me like I'm some sort of animal saying, "we're going to have a problem".'

'I get off the plane. I've worked too hard in my life to be cornered by some ugly Irish b***h. They are ugly Irish women here.

'Then all these security n***** come over treating me like a wild animal. They tried their hardest to get me to do something or freak out.'

All we can say is, we're interested to see what kind of reception she gets at 7pm tomorrow when she stops on stage at The Academy!
