When you make a mistake, own it.
That's exactly what ASOS did when it printed 17,000 plastic bags with an obvious typo.
The massive fashion brand's slogan "discover fashion online" was misprinted as "discover fashion onilne".
ASOS could have pretended the typo hadn’t happened but instead they decided to use the error to their advantage.
They took to Twitter to say they're calling the bag a "limited edition".
Ok, so we *may* have printed 17,000 bags with a typo. We’re calling it a limited edition. pic.twitter.com/wTpKNid4V5

ASOS shoppers seemed impressed by the company's honesty and sense of humour, and the fact that they're not going to throw away thousands of bags.
normally one to hate on bad grammar/spelling, but when asos do it, it's kinda cute #loveyounomatterwhat https://t.co/mVJqc6wN6Y

@ASOS Now I have to order something to see if I will be lucky enough to get the typo bag! https://t.co/x53TRDfM9V

I work in fashion as well....I think we've had our share of typos like "shite shirt" instead of "white shirt" ?? pic.twitter.com/yWVI4bPqTc

Watch ebay go mad with people selling them for £1000's

One person’s typo-covered bag is another’s limited edition!
Fair play, Asos.
