We received this message from listener Sarah. A photo taken at Glencar Lough near the Co Leitrim/Co Sligo border the other day, showing an incredible Celtic Trinity Knot design in the trees.
With some further digging we found via Irish Archaeology that Jim McCabe and his family planted this Trinity Knot in the 1980s.
The design is best viewed in the autumn when the Japanese Larch trees change colour and contrast with the surrounding Sitka Spruce forest. (source)
