It's Ireland's only toastie festival.
You can't beat a toasted cheese sambo on these cold winter evenings, especially with a nice hot cuppa.
The humble snack, which is many people's go-to convenience food, deserves far more credit than it gets, so we're delighted to hear it will be celebrated next weekend in Co Wicklow.
The Harbour Bar Toastie Festival is returning to Bray from November 2nd to November 4th after a successful debut last year.
The Harbour Bar says there will be numerous adventurous fillings to try, alongside the classic ham and cheese toastie.
There will also be free tea top ups. Free tea top ups? We're there!
"Visitors can snag a seat by one of the Harbour Bar’s roaring fires or cosy up out front for outside service with an Irish Coffee or Hot Mulled Gin."
"Let's not forget, 'The Golden Toaster' is up for the taking as Bray businesses grill it out to be crowned 'The Best Toastie In Bray'."
There will be live music all weekend and dogs are welcome too.
To kick off The Harbour Bar Toastie Festival, there will be a cheesy pop sing-along on Thursday November 1st.
Fionnuala and Garry caught up with Aisling Byrne from The Harbour Bar to find out more.
