An adventure-loving pug has won the World Dog Surfing Championships in California.
The annual event, now in its third year, raises money for animal charities.
Gidget, who has over 73,000 followers on Instagram, came out on top - clinching the prize for overall event winner.
45 pooches took part in the competition, which has various categories - including dogs surfing solo, with their owner or with another dog.
A rescue pooch named Abbie Girl won the hearts of spectators. She received a special Spirit of Surfing Award for her performance and her dedication to the sport.
The Australian Kelpie also achieved third place in the medium-sized dogs category.
