A company in the US is offering pet owners 'fur-ternity leave' so that they get a chance to help their four-legged friends adjust to their new home.

Employees at Nina Hale Marketing, based in the city of Minneapolis, will get a week of work-from-home days to welcome their new family member into their lives.
