2019 is proving to be the year of the cool sounding moons.
From the night sky that brought you the 'super wolf blood moon...'
It's time for 2019's next crazy lunar installment.
Presenting, the 'Super snow moon'! Coming to your night sky for one night only.
Yep, stargazers are in for a treat tomorrow (February 19th), because a super snow moon will grace Ireland's night sky, and it's set to be the brightest moon we'll see all year.
So what is a super snow moon exactly?
It's a combination of a super moon - which is when the Moon is near its closest approach to Earth.
And a snow moon - which is simply the name of the February full moon. By adding the two together you get... a super snow moon! That's how you do science folks.
The moon is set to reach it's peak above Ireland at 3.53pm in the afternoon so it'll still be too bright to see it. However if the sky is clear at moonrise later in the evening, it'll still being going strong.
The super snow moon is expected to be the brightest moon of its kind until 2026.
And if you just can't get enough of your super moons, a third called the 'full worm moon' is set to appear on March 21st!
That crazy moon of ours certainly loves keeping things fresh.
