Gardaí are appealing for information after a 32-year-old man died following an alleged assault.
The incident took place outside a fast food outlet at the Square in Killorglin in Co.Kerry at around 2.40am on Sunday morning.
The victim of the attack was pronounced dead at Cork University Hospital yesterday.
Gardaí are particularly appealing to those who were in the vicinity of the The Square, Killorglin in the early hours of Sunday morning to contact them.
