A furious Jose Mourinho pointed out he has won more Premier League title than the rest of his rivals put together before walking out of a press conference demanding respect in the aftermath of Manchester United's defeat to Tottenham.

Having gone down 3-2 to Brighton in a shock reverse last week, United were hoping for better fortunes as they welcomed Spurs to Old Trafford on Monday. That didn't happen... Harry Kane opened the scoring 50 minutes in before Lucas Moura hit a double to seal a 3-0 victory.

The result marked Mourinho's heaviest home defeat in his entire managerial career, while United were also condemned to their worst Premier League start since the competition began in 1992.

With all that in mind, it was no surprise to see the Special One react rather angrily to questions over his side's surrender.

"Just to finish. Do you know what was the result? 3-0. 3-0. Do you know what this means? 3-0," he fired in a press conference.

"But it also means three Premierships, and I have won more Premierships alone than the other 19 managers together.

"Three for me and two for them. Respect! Respect! Respect, man! Respect! Respect! Respect!"

That was the last reporters heard from Mourinho, as he got up from his seat and stormed out of the hall.
