That is nasty!
Today is International Women's Day, and in the early hours of this morning, two of the toughest and most skilled female athletes went head to head in a fight for the ages.
UFC Straw-weight champion Zhang Weili put her belt on the line against former champ Joanna Jedrzejczyk in what many are already calling a certain candidate for fight of the year.
The two women went blow for blow over 25 minutes with the Chinese champ, Weili, winning a decision in a close fight.
Besides the impressive performance displayed by both, a big talking point was a ghastly looking head injury suffered by Jedrzejczyk.
A counter right hand by the champ caused a massive haematoma on Jedrzejczyk forehead which swelled up like a balloon.

A gruesome injury not for the faint of heart, but a fight fans will gladly watch again should they book the rematch.
