On todays' show Caradh chatted to Westmeath boxer Wayne Kelly after his quarter final win at the Irish Elite Boxing Championships. His first bout in almost nineteen months, he spoke of his delight to dust off the cobwebs and get his first win.
Wayne also talked about his goal to regain his Elite Boxing title in the coming weeks and to be selected for the World Championships later this year.
