Acting Director of the Sport and Rights Alliance, Andrea Florence, joined Caradh on iScore today. Andrea called on the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to ensure the human rights of athletes' are respected.
This was in direct reference to the Peng Shuai case and Andrea spoke about the need for the IOC to follow in the footsteps of the Women's Tennis Association and pull the Winter Olympics from Beijing should the tennis player and her family's welfare not be ensured by Chinese authorities.
