Focus Ireland is campaigning at Body and Soul this weekend.
Nearly 900 young people aged 18 to 24 are now sleeping rough.
There's been an 82% spike in the number of young people becoming homeless in the last four years.
Focus Ireland is calling on the Government to develop a Youth Homelessness Strategy to tackle the spiralling crisis.
It's holding the #EndYouthHomelessness campaign at today's Body and Soul music festival and has an online petition on focusireland.ie.
The campaigners are issuing mock eviction notices to campers at Body and Soul.
Focus Ireland spokesperson, Rachel Murphy, says they're gathering signatures today and outlines what the state must do:
"What we're calling on is this generation to mobilise and take action.
We have a petition that was launched with Body and Soul and we're asking some key asks to government.
Essentially what we want to do is ask our government to develop a specific youth strategy."
Ms. Murphy is appealing for particular help to keep young people off the streets:
"What we want to see is better protection for young people who are at risk of homelessness.
We want to see specific homelessness services developed for young people.
In particular, we want to see better services and better provisions for young LGBTQ+ people, who need more specific services for their needs."
