Westport GAA is giving people the chance to win an entire house in Westport

And it'll only cost you €100.

Now here's a handy want to get on the property ladder, Westport GAA are giving people the chance to win an entire house for just €100 - via it's 'win a house in Westport' competition. 

The club, which is trying to raise funds for vitality required new facilities, is running a competition which would see the winner win an entire 4-bedroom semi detached home!

Not a bad prize at all. 

The club wrote: ''We are offering one extremely lucky winner the chance to own a home in the buzzing town of Westport.

The vibrant town of Westport, designated one of Bord Failte’s Heritage Towns, is situated in the shadow of Croagh Patrick, overlooking Clew Bay.

The Westport area offers a wide range of sporting adventure and outdoor activities from golf to sailing, angling to surfing, with something for everyone.''

We can't argue with that!

The house.

The house is located in Slí Na Misean, approximately just one kilometre from Westport town centre off the Louisburgh Road.

And it's described as a four bedroom detached property has a floor area of approximately 139.9sq m/1,506sq ft.

The ground floor has all the essential amenities including an entrance hall, living room, spacious kitchen/dining room, utility room and WC.

While the first floor comprises of four bedrooms (main en-suite) and a bathroom.

Along with the top prize of the house, there are nine other prizes, bringing the total prize fund to €340,000.

The other prizes include a €5,000 cash prize, a seven-night Mediterranean Cruise, and several €1,000 vouchers from local sponsors.

This fundraiser will run between now and Christmas, with the winner being announced on December 29th in an official draw.
