Fully vaccinated travellers from Europe will soon be able to visit the US from November.
The White House will lift the 18-month blanket ban which prevented most people from Europe visiting the States.
NEW: Foreign nationals flying to the U.S. will be required to be fully vaccinated and must show proof of vaccination before boarding an airplane to the U.S., COVID coordinator Jeff Zients announces.
